Job Description
● Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations
● Responsible for the profitability of the outlet and maximizes revenue generation
● Plan and assign daily duty roster and workloads of staffs
● Manage staffs schedule and outlet manpower cost
● Maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety in outlet facility
● Ensure all staffs follow company’s SOP strictly
● Oversees recruitment, training and motivation of staffs

Job Requirements
