Layers of pistachio dacquoise & caramelised pecans, bright pomegranate-raspberry compote and a cloud-like vanilla mousse made with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pods. Crowned with fresh pomegranates, raspberries, and a touch of sparkle — all around the heart of Over the Moon.
Bold, special, and made with love, Over the Moon is also the perfect cake for the Mid-Autumn Festival 🌕 — ideal for sharing with loved ones during this season of reunion and reflection.

Components: Fresh Pomegranates, Raspberry, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Mousse, Pomegranate Raspberry Compote, Pistachio Dacquoise, Caramelised Pecan Nuts.

Allergens: Contains dairy, eggs, gelatine, nuts(almond, pistachio and pecans)

Shelf life: Best consumed within 24 hours but can be stored for up to 3 days if kept refrigerated after purchase.

*There will be 1 gold candle complimentary for every cake order but if you want more than 1 then will only be normal candles.

*For delivery distances over 30km, it’s highly advisable to invest in a cooler bag to guarantee the cake’s optimal flavour. It’s also worth considering for deliveries within 30km.
